1. Service Usage & Booking

 

Pauls Details 904 provides mobile automotive detailing services. By booking a service, you confirm that you have the authority to authorize work on the vehicle listed in the booking.

  • Access: Because we are a mobile service, we require a safe place to work on your vehicle (driveway, office parking lot, etc.) with ample space to open doors. If you are in an apartment or office complex, please ensure detailing services are permitted on the premises.

  • Utilities: In most cases, we bring our own water and power. However, if access to water or electricity is required, you agree to provide access to these utilities at no cost.

 

2. Pricing and Payment

 

  • Estimates: Prices listed on our website are estimates based on vehicles in average condition. We reserve the right to adjust the price upon arrival if the vehicle differs significantly from the description (e.g., excessive pet hair, mold, bodily fluids, or heavy staining). We will always discuss any price changes with you before starting work.

  • Payment: Payment is due in full upon completion of the service. We accept [Cash, Credit Cards, Zelle, etc. - Edit as needed].

  • Non-Payment: Failure to pay upon completion may result in legal action or collections, with the customer responsible for all associated fees.

 

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

 

We value your time and ours. As a mobile business, late cancellations result in lost income and gaps in our route.

  • Notice Period: We require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

  • Fees: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of [Insert Amount, e.g., $25 or 20%] of the service cost.

  • No-Shows: If we arrive at the scheduled location and you are not present or the vehicle is not available within 15 minutes, it will be considered a "No-Show" and may be subject to a fee.

  • Weather Policy: Living in Florida, weather can be unpredictable. If we cannot perform the service due to severe weather (heavy rain, lightning, high winds), we will contact you to reschedule at the earliest convenience. No cancellation fees apply to weather-related rescheduling.

 

4. Customer Responsibilities

 

To ensure the best possible detail, we ask that you:

  • Remove Personal Items: Please remove all personal items (money, firearms, electronics, car seats, clothing) from the vehicle prior to our arrival. Pauls Details 904 is not responsible for loss or damage to personal items left in the vehicle.

  • Child Seats: For liability reasons, we will not remove or reinstall child car seats. If you leave them in, we will clean around them. If you remove them, we can clean the seats underneath.

 

5. Liability and Damage

 

  • Pre-Existing Damage: We are not liable for pre-existing damage (scratches, dents, loose trim, cracked windshields, etc.). If we notice significant damage, we will document it before starting.

  • Loose Parts: We are not responsible for damage to loose or broken parts (e.g., glued mirrors, loose molding) that may dislodge during the cleaning process.

  • Engine Bay: If you book an engine bay cleaning, you agree that we are not liable for any mechanical or electrical issues that may arise, though we take every precaution to cover sensitive components.

 

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

 

We take pride in our work.

  • Walkthrough: We request that you inspect the vehicle with us immediately upon completion of the service.

  • Concerns: If you are not satisfied with any part of the service, please inform us on-site so we can correct it immediately. Claims made after we have left the premises may not be honored.

 

7. Media Rights

 

By receiving service from Pauls Details 904, you grant us permission to take photos or videos of your vehicle for marketing purposes (website, social media, etc.). We will never show license plates or personal information without editing/blurring them out. If you do not wish for your vehicle to be photographed, please inform us prior to the appointment.

 

8. Governing Law

 

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
